GOW 3 100% CPU on i5-7600 !

I downloaded GOW 3 on rpcs 3 but it runs with 100% CPU consumption while the GPU is only 40~60%, is GOW 3 playable on rpcs 3, and if it does, is there a way to improve its performance on my pc ? I feel there maybe a bug or a setting that should be enabled to improve it.

my Specs :

CPU : i5-7600 CPU @ 3.50GHz

GPU : GTX 1660 OC 6GB

Ram : 32GB
