Demon's Soul's netplay doesn't work with computer on the same network.

Couldn't really find fix or how to use it but I was told this was a known issue in DS, I was recommended to use RADMIN VPN and hit a wall from there. There wasn't much help to be found from RADMIN's discord and was wondering if anyone could help out.
