All my skylander games have a random fps drop

Hello. I have been trying to fix a problem that affects my skylanders games except Giants.
The problem is that everything is going fine in the game, but after a few minutes the game starts to randomly drop fps. Even when the game is paused, without moving and the game itself paused from the emulator.
I don't know what's going on and I'd like to see what the problem is.

Sorry I didn't realize and I put an old capture. My current CPU is I7- 7700K still the same problem?
