Many DLCs not working in recent version, need RAP

RAP files are required for the digital version (NPU/NPE) from the beginning of emulation up until now.  They must be included in this directory C:\RPCS3\dev_hdd0\home\00000001\exdata.  so check your files. 

FYI, Dise Version (BLU/BLE) won't generate any error message related to RAP files, whenever you update RPCS3.
