If you download the demo from PSN and immediately dump it, you will only dump the installer for the game:

However, if you run the installer on your PS3 and dump the game files that it downloads, you will be given access to the demo.
This game requires 30fps frame limiter, Accurate RSX Reservation Access, Read+Write Color Buffers and Read Depth Buffers to work somewhat properly.
Performance is similar to the same part of the full game (14-20fps on my PC).
