in the title BCES01277 (god of war collection: volume 2) in both games (GOW COO AND GOS) I have audio errors, FPS drops and some more problems, is there a solution for this game and it does not keep causing me more errors? I have a Ryzen 5 2600, 16gb of ram at 3266 mhz and a RX 590

Sounds like you have some bad settings as this game is quite easy to run. Please upload the log file generated by RPCS3, either the .log found directly under the rpcs3.exe or the .log.gz file in your RPCS3 folder.
For future reference, you should have posted this in the Support section.

Now that I remember, also in games like God of War Collection (BCES00791) when I play GOW 1 O 2 I usually get messages in red in the emulator, I don't know if it's normal or errors in the game, according to me the errors in yellow are more important

Seeing errors in the log is nothing to worry about, unless the error turns purple. Then there's a problem.
As for the log you posted, you need to set PPU threads back to 2, disable GPU Texture Scaling, disable VSync, reset the VBlank rate to 60hz, reset the Resolution Scale Threshold to 16x16 and use the SPU LLVM Recompiler.
