Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2 [NPUB30849] - Crash at startup

Tried changing all GPU and CPU settings, updating drivers and RPCS3 with no change. PKG file tests good with PsnPkgCheck.
Game window closes as soon as it opens.
