RPCS3 Process stuck in "idle" 0%

RCPS3 Does not start, no window nothing, the process sits in the taskmgr and ist on 58mb RAM and 0% CPU usage.

I was told i should use a tool named "DDU" Driver Display Uninstaller.
I used it, reinstalled my graphics drivers etc. still broken.

Can't guess just from that, try updating your Windows either way since you have an older version, as the update process may clean something broken on your OS
