The game  is  playable use 3 sceen sports and rpcs3 log and ver build number

this games is now playable with rpcs3-v0.0.12-10943-92efaf0b_win64 like eu which is playable

hello i tried the sly collection start looks fine until it runs black and red is there a setting that wont make it turn black then red

Not sure why it did that for you Musis, I'd suggest joining our discord: https://discord.me/RPCS3 and asking in the #help channel.
Also, this thread is for the standalone psn version of the first game, not the trilogy

I remember speaking to someone with a similar issue and that guy was using an Intel iGPU, don't remember which one tho
