European version Fully playable, but wasn't in database

Yes fully playable, only thing i notice is that the broken graphics when winning still there, also when winning various match on arcade, around match 4 on the vs faces scenes you can see the previous opponent glitched portrait there as well,(it show some parts on it at a fast speed changing between them).
