Discovered it on yesterday's build, but I had not played Kingdom Hearts II until then. Another user on Reddit had the issue on an earlier build: https://www.reddit.com/r/rpcs3/comments/...om_hearts/
The issue is identical. Apart from Roxas's attacks, framerate is typically capped at 30 or 60 if using an fps patch for the latter.
Specs:
Ryzen 2700 (stock cooling, so never going past 3.45 GHz)
16 GB DDR4 @3200 MHz
780 Ti 3 GB
Video memory usage does not spike and stays around 1455 MB. Using Vulkan with normal Async.
Don't know if log will help, but attached.
