Will this particular laptop allow me me to play games on rpcs3 without any problems with the specs that it has. Trying to upgrade so that I can play games on the rpcs3 emulator but want to make sure I chose the right laptop thanks in advance.

Laptops with U model chips are pretty bad for RPCS3.
No laptop will allow you to play all playable games on RPCS3 without any problems, even the high end laptop CPUs struggle, but if you want to get the best performance possible you need to aim for stuff like i7-8750H or i7-9750H with a dedicated GPU.

Of course, it all depends on what you want to play.
