What TSC: Bad mean in the console

It's been I while since I update rpcs3 and now when I update to the latest version,I saw that TSC: Bad in the console
What this mean?

I have i7-6700HQ cpu

It's a measurement Nekotekina added for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_Stamp_Counter
I also have 6700HQ, TSC shows as bad on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04, but shows as 2.59GHz on Windows 7
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

So is it actually something that we should be worried about? It also says bad on mine

So in laymans terms, how does this affect the emulating process? Keep in mind, I am no programmer - just some guy that wants to play my PS3-games on my computer Smile
