i need help for choosing best pc part brands (all parts including headphone).
what do you choose?

Brand is not very relevant, all brands have good and bad products
You should be deciding on the product itself

what full list of models you recommend (specially monitor)?: for high-end games & also rpcs3.

If you want a build recommendation you need to specify the amount of money you want to spend max and what you want to run apart from RPCS3

money is does not matter & just running any games at max settings.

If money does not matter just make an i7-8700K / i9-9900K + RTX 2080 Ti build which is the absolute best you can get consumer grade wise
