Spider-Man: Web of Shadows [BLUS30218]

The game loaded perfectly until this point: So at first,the game stopped working at "SPIDER-MAN WEB OF SHADOWS NEEDS TO PERFORM AN INITIAL INSTALL ON THE HDD. PRESS THE START BUTTON TO BEGIN",when I pressed the start button it said "Error attempting to read the game disc. Retrying..." . Then,after trying multiple times , it worked and loaded from 0% to 100% within 1 minute or so. After that,it got me to the menus and I pressed on every setting I could and it worked fine,until I pressed on NEW GAME,it loaded for like thirty seconds and then what happened was it kept the loading screen and brought me in-game with music and game sound,with me not being able to press any buttons whatsoever.
