Skate 3 Playing in Slow-Motion

I recently found out about the RPCS emulator and was so excited that I could play Skate 3 on PC, just like I did on my PS3. The problem is that I've experienced 2 problems. The audio is stuttering and the game is running in slow motion despite the fact that I get from 20-60 FPS. I've tried fixing the audio stuttering problem by disabling SPU loop detector but after disabling that the game will barely get to the start menu. I haven't found a solution to the slow-motion problem nor the audio stuttering that's why I came here to the forums to ask help. If anybody got a solution, please let me know ASAP.

My PC:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
GPU: I'm using Ryzen's integrated GPU
RAM: 8GB but 6 available cause of the GPU

CPU is the issue for sure, too low end. High framerates don't count when the physics SPU threads can't keep up.
