Unfortunately I get the same error at the same spot "F {PPU[0x1000011] Thread (Job Manager - Job Thread) [0x0089276c]} MEM: Access violation reading location 0xc"
Although the game is still not playable, there is some good news. A few weeks ago when I tested the game, the shootaround section (the area you first load into before your get into menus) was unplayable. Although it had a high framerate, it ran at worse than 1/4 speed. Now, it is full speed and that part of the game is playable, so I assume once we can get it past the tipoff, the game will be fully playable.
