Did you try PPU interpreter? Can't see it enabled in the log.
Edit: from the other threads it seems like you need to move the videos out of the movies folder except for one blk file and it goes ingame without this error.

RPCS3 v0.0.25-14519-7c2d6f8a Alpha | master

ZCULL must be at least approximate, otherwise the game simply does nothing after the briefing videoclip.
Resolution scaling has no effect, same goes for fsr.

No graphical issues, bugs, crashes or errors, played for 2 hours straight, constant 60 fps

GeForce RTX 4090
Ryzen 9 7950X
32 GB RAM

I do think this is pretty much playable as well. Here is a clip of the 2nd mission with the latest RPCS3 ...

This must be the heaviest game to emulate in terms of graphics presented vs. cost in computational power. The graphic quality is not a big improvement over the PS2 version, so it's ridiculous that you can't even get 30fps with the 5600x.

Big Grin  I believe this was emulated on the PS3, it wasn't a remake. So we are emulating twice over. I think it is rather neat. My 8700k handles it, but the movement feels ridged. It may look fluid, but the feeling is far from most any other FPS today.
