hyper-threading?? Is it worth it?

I consider to upgrade my Gaming-rig CPU to i5-8600k soon. But I have a little wonder, Is hyper-threading in intel i7 series gonna be a huge gain when RPCS3 compile code? or it not worth a buck just go with i5? thank in advance.
