Making the active page in Compatibility Lists more visible

I just want to ask if it's possible to make the active page on the Compatibility lists more visible. As it is now the active page is just slightly more bold than the non-active pages, making it hard to distinguish. I often have to check the address bar link to remember myself what page I'm on, being able to click on the active page makes this worse. A different color would help. Thanks.

EDIT: Oops, I'm stupid and didn't notice the page indicator to the left. Still, my request still stands for a better work flow.

I did notice this before but kinda forgot about it. Will try to do next time I issue some code update.
