Vulkan not showing up as option for renderer?

I downloaded the latest build today (my first time downloading RPSC3), and I can't find an option for using Vulkan under the GPU tab. I'm on windows and my processor is an i5-4460. Is Vulkan not supported on my system because it's outdated? Thanks.

What GPU, what drivers version
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
