60FPS Codes/Patch [MASTER LIST]

Anyone have any luck getting Birth By Sleep running in 60fps? I was able to succcessfully get Kingdom Hearts 2 to pick up the cheat code, however BBS gives me ??. Would appreciate some insight, thanks.
