Specs: i7-4770 | GTX 1080 | 24GB DDR3 | Windows 10 x64
Status: Intro (Pressed Start on Title Screen)
Core: Automatically load required libraries | Bind SPU threads to secondary cores | Lower SPU thread priority
Graphics: 1280x720 | 16:9 | Frame limit Auto | Use GPU texture scaling
Audio: XAudio2
Input/Output: XInput (Using an official PS3 controller with SCPToolkit drivers)

Tested on all 27 combinations of the Renderer, PPU, and SPU configurations. OGL+Int(p)+Int(p) and OGL+Int(f)+Int(p) will get you past the Title Screen but looks and sounds bad. Vulkan and DX12 look good but RPCS3 crashes for configuration.

OPENGL
OGL+Int(p)+Int(p): Intro. 60FPS on logo screens. 18FPS on Title and Menu screens. Major graphic issues. Heavy audio stutter. Controls are unresponsive after pressing Start on title screen.
OGL+Int(p)+Int(f): Intro. 660FPS on logo and Title screens. Some graphic issues. Controls are unresponsive.
OGL+Int(p)+Rec(ASMJIT): Intro. 60FPS on logo and Title screens. Some graphic issues. Controls are unresponsive.

OGL+Int(f)+Int(p): Intro. 60FPS on logo screens. 18FPS on Title and Menu screens. Major graphic issues. Heavy audio stutter. Controls are unresponsive after pressing Start on title screen.
