30fps Locked game, vblank does not work.
Played for around 2.5 hours. Very low RSX/SPU/PPU usage throughout the whole game, pretty easy to run. Zero crashes.
Highest RSX load I saw was 45-50% where I had the view of the whole map and SPU/PPU were pretty low the whole game. I really don't think this game will drop from 30FPS on a Ryzen 3600 or lower.
