I loaded this on RPCS3 version rpcs3-v0.0.4-2017-12-08-d7881c67_win64, then briefly tested on a version released 11-11-17, both versions loaded, went through menus fine. Could load matches, did not experience 1/2 screen rendering with any settings. With default settings I got 0.8-1.2 fps, after playing around, I found that clearing the "Enable SPU loop detection" option, and setting "preferred SPU threads" to 2, I was able to reach 5-6fps. This all with graphical glitches that look like a cross between when you went too close to a wall on a N64 game, and a kaleidoscope, mostly showing different repeated patterns.
This is on a dell studio 540, which is a Q6600 processor, 2.4Ghz Core 2 Quad, 8Gb (4X2GB) 800MHz DDR2, running Windows 7 sp1 x64, with a Radeon R9 360.
Rendered OpenGL and Vulkan with no notable difference at this performance level.
I think that counts as ingame. It's quite possible for all I know that it could be completely playable on more capable hardware.
I hope this information helps somebody.
