Ingame. I recommend setting fps limiter to 60 because the fps while the game is loading can go super high and makes it more unstable to get ingame.
Needs more performance, 12-17fps with normal settings (no interpreters or any additional settings that hurt performance) with ppu+spu llvm and vulkan on my 3700x is quite slow.
