13.8 fps in the only screenshot showing a decent amount of environment, please don't take screenshots with the camera pointing at the ground it makes me question if the fps is actually 30 or you just looked at the ground on purpose to have higher fps.
Moving back to ingame until it can be confirmed fps is good enough to be considered playable.
Also incorrect log file that one is for sleeping dogs.
