I don't know how this can be "playable". Cutscenes have horrible audio and visual stuttering.  https://youtu.be/EwH4lxmwe98

Your CPU is an engineering sample, which model is it?
Needs verification without SPU Loop Detection and SPU Preferred Threads to 1/2.

If it still happens, add a game report so it can be moved back to Ingame.

I suspect it is an i7-8700 engineering sample, seems to match the spec reported here

8700k

My mistake was following above poster's advice on settings. Running the game with default settings gave me much better results, after that i only had to upscale it and force white buffer.

Try disabling TSX
You should also dump the license files for these:

I don't really know what the license files are for and how to get them. The wiki page only said stuff about dumping the game but i assume that's if i don't have it on pc?
The TSX disabling seems to have helped. Thanks.
Also, the game has a glitch where it doesn't save favorite costumes. It resets them every in-game week.

Sometimes icons appear bugged and are misrepresented. Bars and hearts do not fill up and are instead completely full or empty regardless of progress. In this picture two hearts appear as they should but if bugged they would both be filled.
Also setting SPU size to Mega helped me with 5girl Lives having glitchy sound.
