WSC Real 11: World Snooker Championship [BLES01148]

Hi guys! I think it can be playable on my new system.  
But i have problems with aiming - can't get accurate edge;   very big dispersion; no matter xinput/keyboard.

Game seems to run really well. But stuttering audio and frame rate struggles throttle it.
I can't seem to get more than 10fps. I've tried all kinds of settings.

When I first boot the game after adding it, it runs fine no stutters with video or audio and upscaled to 4K no frame drops game plays as it should do. My problem starts when it tries to boot the second time and tries to load textures and finishes but doesn't boot just hangs on the texture loading screen.
