msvcp140,dll error?

I just downloaded rpcs3 and i get the error "cannot start the program because msvcp140.dll it's not on the computer. To fix this problem, try to reinstall the program" (i translated this because i have italian windows)

How can i fix this? I already tried to reinstall Microsoft Visual 2010
