What settings did you use to get it working. Mine no longer crashes when I press X on the intro, but it gets stuck on Jak And Daxter: The Precursor Legacy loading screen.

Switch the PPU Decoder to Interpreter(fast) in the CPU settings

Sweet.  It works like in the video. Extremely slow and graphic glitches, but its working. Fingers crossed it works properly soon.

Is it broken for the latest releases? I can't seem to get jak 1 to work.
It starts fine, and starts playing the intro cutscene(which is unskippable). But everytime it freezes at this point ( https://gyazo.com/d76e682c8cb8251f5f248d77fb7ce3b2 ). The sounds keeps playing for some seconds, but eventually stops(before the cutscene is over) and nothing happens. I also tried to load the save that i created(that way you can skip the cutscene, atleast in the ps2 version), but i get a black screen(with music playing).
Jak 3 will start, and display a black screen on the intro cutscene. But there is sound. And i also can't skip it(normally, you can skip it by pressing triangle, but none of the buttons seem to work).
Jak 2 does work, but of course there are some issues.

I can replicate that issue when using OpenGL renderer, it's very weird, but with Vulkan it's fine (or at least it works). You have a GTX480 and apparently the Fermi install base is too small for Nvidia to bother implementing support for Vulkan. https://youtu.be/nGkpPp2tGSs?t=46m25s
You can still try and see what happens, it's on the GPU tab of Configuration. Also make sure the PPU Interpreter is set to fast, it helps quite a bit with performance.

Oh, that explains it. I'm sorry, i didn't know that it currently only works on vulkan.
And yes, fermi doesnt support vulkan(nvidia claims that it supports dx12, but not really Big Grin).
Thanks!

Really slow performance. The FPS counter shows 20s but the characters move really slowly and there are graphical glitches all over the place. The game also doesn't display widescreen unless you force it to stretch.

There's been a regression, for me at least, using all the same settings (Default settings except the PPU is set to fast interpreter), when trying to start the game, RPCS3 crashes. reinstalled from scratch and still the same happens. Using #6282. Error screenshot and logs attached.

In the new 6355 version, I can run it again, but still only on PPU decoder on Interpreter, all other settings on default. Recompiler will freeze it on load. With Vulkan graphical glitches are all but gone. The only obstacle to being Playable is it plays at 20fps out of the native 60.

@az04 need log file and proper version identifier that includes commit, you can read the guidelines on submitting compatibility reports here: https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-196671.html

However I think someone else is about to do another test so don't worry about it, just make sure the future reports are good.
