Edit: Also, in your image you used OpenGL. The game only shows the Insomniac Logo on DX12.

The game is still booting on OpenGL, however, even if there is no insomniac logo. On both DX12 and OpenGL, The FPS counter goes all over the place, goes down a little, and then crashes due to unimplemented sysutil functions.

Yes. Loaded libaudio by automatically loading the required libraries.

Used OpenGL since DirectX 12 mode freezes the whole emulator on my computer.

Specs: NVIDIA GTX 1080, i7 3770K, 16 GB RAM, Win 10 Pro.
