RPCS3 is not meant for playing pirated content and games. Further requests for help with piracy may result in a permanent suspension.
You obtain the PS3 games, well, through buying them and then ripping them using a capable Blu-Ray drive or a CFW PS3. You'll also need to obtain a few firmware files and files for decrypting certain game files.
In the end, if you currently want to play PS3 games, then get a PS3. If you want to test or develop homebrew or are a game developer, then RPCS3 might help you with those things.
