Alright did it with this LLE enabled:
-Sre
-l10n
-Rtc
-Resc

Settings:
- PPU - Interpreter (fast/precise)
- SPU - Interpreter (fast/precise)
- DX12 ( Tested with driver 358.70, because its the only driver supporting dx12 for fermi-gen Graphiccards) and tested with OpenGL too (Tested with new 368.39 Driver and Old 358.70 driver)
-1920x1080
-XAudio2

Sound: Very stuttery using both interpreters (probably on purpose? Big Grin)

Graphical Issues: The characters "blueness" haven´t been fixed with the newest Nvidia Driver (368.39)[OpenGL]

Performance:
No changes ,with both drivers tested, in OpenGL (55~60)
By Activating "CellRtc" the Fps improved in DX12 from 30 to 40~45 Smile
