Emulator crash

Everytime i am trying to run the emulator i am get the following error. Help please.
"The Program can't start because MSVCP120.dll us missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Ever heard of Google? Doesn't seem like it, since otherwise you would have found our Github page with the dependencies listed for running RPCS3.
