On the latest RPCS3 with game patches, this game is quite smooth at 4K, with "Write Color Buffer" disabled.

Spec: i9-10900K, 1080Ti, Samsung 970 Evo+ ssd, 32Gb ram.
RPCS3: 0.0.12.10876, with patches on https://wiki.rpcs3.net/index.php?title=H...7s_Fortune
