Pull down menu disappearing

Hi,

when I use the pull down menu it works fine the moment I click on it. 

   

the moment I scroll down, the menu disappears and only one line is shown. 

   

Tried overwriting and reinstalling, that "glitch" stays. 

Do you know what this is perhaps?
