This game needs PPU interpreter fast and you need to select auto+manual loading libraries and enable libvoice.sprx.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (560.94)

Using wiki settings and Atomic RSX FIFO Mode, this game can be played with no issues. should be safe to move to Playable.
