Never mind. I'm an ID10T. I set the audio device in the games custom configuration and forgot that the custom configuration even existed.

RPCS3 (rpcs3-v0.0.33-17022-fa707047_win64) seems to only want to output to one audio device; my bluetooth speakers. Changing the audio output to Default or any other device gave the following error:
E Cubeb: cubeb_stream_init() failed: -1
E cellAudio: Failed to open audio backend. Make sure that no other application is running that might block audio access (e.g. Netflix).

I have closed all programs (Discord, JBLQuantumEngine, Antivirus, OBS, etc) that I could without any progress.
Changing the audio output module to XAudio2 makes no difference.

Later on when I removed the speaker completely from my bluetooth devices in Windows the error changed to this.
E Cubeb: Device with id={0.0.0.00000000}.{46b0e0e6-6115-4572-9569-11d0f653326d} not found
E cellAudio: Failed to open audio backend. Make sure that no other application is running that might block audio access (e.g. Netflix).
Unfortunately I no longer have the log for when I removed the speaker while RPCS3 was open, but it appears almost as if RPCS3 is specifically looking for that one device to play on.

I would really like to get this fixed as my bluetooth speakers are now no longer working, and using my JBL bluetooth headphones, or built in monitor speakers does not work.

P.S: I have only tested this one game.

System Specs:
5800X3D
4070Ti Super
64GB RAM
Win 11 Pro 23H2
