an unmapped memory issue

i am having an unmapped memory issue causing the game Assassins creed [NPUB30451] to crash the whole emulator , the error is : F {PPU[0x100000a] Thread (TaskThread1) [0x00e151f4]} VM: Access violation reading location 0x0 (unmapped memory)
