Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 Connectivity Issues Update

Hello Y'all, 

I started playing Raging Blast 2 on here a couple days ago, and have been trying to play online as I have been seeing people playing it, and its just not working for me. I found one guy, and we fought over and over again, but I haven't found anyone else in any other matches. I did the custom configuration which did not work until I enabled the UPNP, and then I could click Multiplayer, but I could only find one match, and it would time me out every time I tried to connect to it. I also found when I try and search for games, RPCS3 gives me errors, such as:

While I am technologically savvy, coding/programming has always been my weakness. I allowed rpcs3 through my firewall, and I followed all the steps on the https://wiki.rpcs3.net/index.php?title=Help:Netplay guide to no avail.  I am so close, yet so far. What should I do?

12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700KF  3.61 GHz
32 gigs RAM 
Windows 11 (if that even matters)

I have the EXACT same issue, we took SOOOO LONG to set up the emulator and game with my friends and this literally doesnt work no matter what we do its SO FRUSTRATING and they think im dumb for it now....

OKay wow I found a solution. literally just reinstall the emulator and the 4.91 version of the pup file, move your savefiles to the new emulator and boom! works, just redo all the configs
