Tried posting this in r/RPCS3, but they don't allow questions nor have a pinned Q&A thread?

Hello friends, RPCS3, and I have been trying to use this to get College Football Revamped. I've been following YT and fora guides all morning to install and play, but alas I am running into a framerate issue: No matter what I do, I cannot get the FPS above 5.

For reference, I'm running a Zypherus G14 with AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS, 16GB of ram, and a GeForce RTX 2060 GDDR6 6GB. My version of RPCS3 is 0.0.29, my version of the game is 1.02. IDK if it matters, but the serial I'm using is BLUS31159.

I have spent the last ~4+ hours troubleshooting to no avail. I've changed settings on my PC, tried endless combinations of config settings in the RPCS3, tweaked performance options to maximize output, prioritized RPCS3 via the task manager. I've tried placing the game files in the [GAME] folder as well as tried creating a [DISC] folder within the [dev_hdd0] and putting the game there, and MUCH more.

At this point, I'm at a total loss as nothing has made even a slight difference. I'm convinced that I'll be happy to get it to 20fps just to enjoy the game, but ideally 30fps+ is my goal. Can anyone smarter and more tech forward than I offer any thoughts, additional info, or general help? Deeply appreciated, Thanks!
