The title BCES00791 (god of war collection) was working great for me last year. But when I deleted it and reinstalled it yet again this year, the game runs poorly. I keep changing the settings but to no avail. Can you tell me what is the problem?

There is no way a first gen i3 would work with this game at all, I think you are remembering wrong. This CPU will never be able to run that game.
