Will my pc run Rpcs3?

Hello!
First of all, I apologize for asking directly this question, I know it may be annoying to you, but I'm fully ignorant when it comes to Pc's that why I prefer to ask 

My pc has:
Processor/CPU - intel core i7-7820HQ CPU 2.90GHz (8 CPUs)
Video Card/GPU - Intel uhd graphics 630
Memory/ram - 16384 MB

Can my pc run this emulator or is not recommended with my pc specs?

Quad core with integrated graphics, it's gonna run very badly overall.
You can use Linux for better Vulkan drivers, but it's still not going to help much.
It will work only if you play very, very lightweight games.
