update DELETES files

The update build 0.0.30-15994  deletes the RPCS3.exe when it updates.

That's purely an RSX pull request so it's impossible it introduced any regressions like that. Need proper details, invalid thread as is.

I had to manually download the emulator, because the update feature when you 1st load the emulator, would download the updated files but then when done, it would delete the RPCS3.exe that it had just installed.
I had 3 different installs between 2 PC, and all 3 did this when the update took place.

I also checked the Virus Vault to see if it was quarantined, but it had not deleted the file. So I was puzzled. I manually downloaded the update, then extracted only the .exe and put that into my RPCS3 folders. They all worked as they shoud, and have updated since with no issues. It was just something with that update...
