MGS4 Shadow moses dream

I just would like to know if theres any way to run Act4 snake's dream, (at least i suppose this is the problematic part)
i played the whole game without any problem (just some crash sometimes) and now i cant go on, but i dont really have an idea of what is going on, i can't find anything in internet or in this forum, i just tried to clear the cache but same thing.

when loading my save data from main menu, window game

I have the same issue, I found this older forum post that suggests to remove shaders cache and play the game in windowed mode on default monitor(? Could be worded a little better), but this didn't seem to resolve the issue for me.
