Hello. Every time  i try to run Rpcs3 after download, it doesn't launch, appear in Task Manager and auto close after few second. Also in this time in directory creates file RCPS3.log.gz and disappears after few seconds too. And after first try of launch creates file rpcs3_vm_sparse.tmp size 34 359 738 368 bytes. In directory creates not all files, like how it was done before

This problem start after i manipulate  memory on HDD with Minitool Partition Wizard application. There was no such problem before.
I tried reinstall rcps3, Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 redistributable, Vulkan SDK, drivers on GPU.

Please help

I have the exact same issue. Using a 970 with latest driver (535.98) and I just used DDU to remove the old driver today after my first attempt to open RPCS3 failed. Also removed OBS after reading that recording software could interact in a negative way with RPCS3 but it didn't help.
Can only open very old versions like 0.0.12.
This is the log it generates:

That version did open!

I don't know if this helps but I will list which versions I can confirm I tried and didn't work (some of them I've already deleted the downloaded file):
RPCS3 v0.0.5-6884-dcd7f442f
RPCS3 v0.0.6-8435-e40b76b2
RPCS3 v0.0.28-15157-6aff2803

Thank you!

I've upgraded to a RX6600 (uninstalled old Nvidia drivers with DDU) and 15124 still doesn't open. I think it might be good to share what happened after the change. PC wasn't formatted.

First attempt gave the following log:
RPCS3 v0.0.28-15124-c8577592 Alpha | master

Second attempt gave a different log, much closer to the ones from the 970:
