Digimon All-Star Rumble [BLUS31441]

The game has way too much bloom. Wondering what is causing this.

I just tested this game today on the newest dev build and it seemed flawless. Played through the story mode for a good while. No bloom issues either. Just had to set the framelimit to "Auto" or it ran at 100+ fps.
