Although the Disc~based versions of Ultra Street Fighter IV (BLUS31218 and BLJM61447) have been rendered as Playable north of Four Years ago, the same sadly cannot be said for the Digital version, which will have to be labeled under Intro until a proper fix comes: The game stays in an endless loop at the Loading Area that would then take you to the Title Screen; this consistently happens regardless of whether or not the player fully watches or skips the Opening Cinematic and there doesn't seem to be a known workaround that I could find at this time to remedy it by normal means.
The below Data Logue comes from Build 13821 ("0.0.22-13821-7842812e Alpha (Master)") on my Ryzen 5950X/Radeon VII combo, both a Custom and the Default Config were used back to back in order to test this and both runs came up with the same results; it is incredibly interesting to witness the Physical version of a game work correctly while its Digital counterpart doesn't, this is the first that I have ever witnessed it happen in my time doing testing and I'd be surprised if a few other titles suffer similar.

Interesting, kind similar to how Tiger Woods 14 demo works perfectly but full game stuck in intro loading loop.

That's essentially what I was thinking when I first witnessed this, knowing that PGA Tour '13 and '14 suffer a similar situation both on Disc and Digital (though in their case, it is because they either cannot install or load up the Trophies, which does not seem to be the case here); Ultra Street Fighter IV though is likely trying to load something very specific in the Title Screen data that is not able to register correctly in the emulator, some of us will have to compare the behavioural differences between the Disc and Digital builds to see what exactly is missing or affected and wishfully a future patch or build update will get everything working correctly.
