If the cutscenes are pre-rendered videos, try using LLE libvdec.sprx

As promised, I've played this game for several hours now (it's longer than I thought) and it runs absolutely stable. Having to use LLE libvdec.sprx is the only problem with it. Upscaling etc. works just fine. So this is definitely playable. I've added another log and a couple of screenshots from the later game.
